Drunk driving refers to driving when the alcohol content in the driver's blood is greater than or equal to 20 mg per 100 ml and less than 80 mg per 100 ml.

Article 91 of the Road Traffic Safety Law clearly stipulates that anyone who drives a motor vehicle after drinking alcohol shall be fined not less than 200 yuan but not more than 500 yuan, and his or her motor vehicle driver's license shall be temporarily suspended for not less than 1 month but not more than 3 months.

The national traffic police have unified standards: ① If the blood pressure is less than 0.2, it is not considered drinking. ② If it is greater than 0.2 and less than 0.8, it is considered drinking. ③ If it is greater than 0.8, it is considered drunk driving.
