Vertical projectile motion is a uniformly accelerated motion of an object with an initial velocity of Vo and an acceleration of g. It can be divided into two processes: uniform deceleration motion of the projectile and free fall motion of the drop. It is a composite process of uniform linear motion with an initial velocity of Vo and free fall motion, in which the time taken for the rise and fall processes is equal.
